Description:

A swim meet designed to encourage fitness swimmers to join in competition with unusual and flexible relay events. The meet is held at Lakewood High School natatorium which is an 8 lane, 25 yards pool with antiturbulent lane lines. A separate diving well is available for warm-ups during the meet.
