Join Swim Across America - Charleston - Kiawah open water swim and "Make Waves to Fight Cancer!" Swimmers of all ages and levels are invited to take part in our 3rd annual charity swim. Proceeds from the swim will support cancer research at Hollings Cancer Center at the Medical University of South Carolina. Distances offered: 1/2 mile, 1.5 mile.
