Virginia Masters Swim Team
Virginia Masters Swim Team (VMST) is a regional team of more than 300 swimmers, the majority of whom live within the Virginia LMSC. About half of the members are part of one of the 5 registered workout groups who have scheduled, coached practices. The others have various training locations and schedules and get together at meets. USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
