Swim Fort Lauderdale
Swim Fort Lauderdale (SFTL) Masters is 400+ Member USMS Program in Broward County, Florida. SFTL Masters is open to all swimmers from your novice swimmer all the way to the competitive swimmer. SFTL members are extremely active in local, national and international competitions (pool, open water & triathlon.) As well as a strong supporter of Swim Across America!
Main Training location is the newly completed Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center, Home to the International Swimming Hall of Fame

Wednesday: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 12:00pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30am, 6:45am, 12:00pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 12:00pm
Saturday: 6:30am, 7:45am & 9:00am
USMS Registration is required to participate in any of our workouts!

The Gold Club logo identifies Masters clubs and workout groups that provide members with the best Masters Swimming experience possible. Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors
The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies swim teams near me that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
