Rocklin Aquatics Masters
Rocklin Aquatics Masters (RAMS) is an adult aquatics fitness team affiliated with United States Masters and Pacific Masters Swimming. Members are provided the opportunity to enjoy the sport of swimming through workouts aimed at physical fitness, technique, or improving competition times. The RAMS swim year-round at the Sierra College Aquatics Complex in Rocklin, California. Anyone 18 years and older is welcome to join! We have members of all abilities that swim for fitness, triathlon training, open water training, competition, or simply because they love it!
Practice Information
M -W-F 5:30 to 7:00 am, 9-10:30am, 12:00 - 1:30 pm.

The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies swim teams near me that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
