Seattle Metropolitan Aquatic Club is a United States Masters Swimming workout group. We are in the Pacific Northwest LMSC.
SMAC Masters swim out of the Seattle University facility located at 550 14th Ave, Seattle, WA 98112.
Our professionally coached workouts provide a fun, challenging environment for experienced swimmers of all speeds and abilities.
SMAC Masters are a diverse group of athletes who like to share their passion about swimming. Come join the team for a week’s free trial and meet the awesome coach and members.
SMAC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
Practice Information
We are a diverse group of swimmers that includes former competitive swimmers, tri-athletes, fitness swimmers, and newer swimmers looking for conditioning and stroke instruction. SMAC's philosophy as a team is to teach good stroke technique, and masters is no exception. To facilitate this, the coaches plan practices by themed months. This allows the coaches to teach skills over an extended amount of time and gives the swimmers time to develop the skills and make improvements before moving to a different skill.
