Monthly Registration Statements

USMS launched our new CRM system through Salesforce to manage our member data starting April 1. As a result, registration money received as of April 1 will no longer show in admin tools system, ESTHER. (historical transactions will still be displayed) The National Office will continue to provide statements each month to LMSC treasurers and membership coordinators, detailing registration activity and LMSC disbursements.

Statement information Information includes:

  • The balance forward from the previous month;

  • invoiced amount for event sanctions/OEVT registrations (if applicable);

  • Credit Memo of USMS Payment to LMSC; and

  • will also include check payments made if a check was received for a previous balance.

Determining funds owed:

If a "negative" number appears in the Amount Due box, USMS collected more for On Line/Credit Card registrations than the LMSC did for event sanctions/OEVT registrations and this is the amount USMS will be sending to the LMSC. The LMSC does not send funds to USMS.

  • If USMS owes funds to your LMSC, the electronic funds transfer (EFT) will be transmitted from the USMS bank account to the LMSC account within the next 2 business days. The EFT authorization is for deposits only.

If a "positive" number appears in the Amount Due box, your LMSC owes more for event sanctions/OEVT registrations than was collected by USMS for online/credit cards, and this is the amount the LMSC will be sending to USMS.

  • Receiving bank ACH deposit is preferable to checks in the mail & more time effective for everyone. If your LMSC would like to move away from sending checks, please contact Volunteer Services for more information.
LMSC Monthly Financial Statement

If an LMSC would like to verify monthly registration activity included on the monthly statements, they can coordinate with their Membership Coordinator to confirm the number of members registered in a given time frame that align with the national unified fee structure
