Orlando Stroke Development Clinic
August 27 at the Rosen Aquatic Center
U.S. Masters Swimming is sponsoring a FREE stroke development and improvement clinic for swimmers of all abilities. NOTE: Swimmers should be able to swim 200 yards of freestyle comfortably as this is not a learn-to-swim clinic or lesson.
Here is what you can expect:
- USMS-certified coaches on deck
- Strokes, starts, and turns will be evaluated and corrected
- Learn drills that will enable you to continue to refine your stroke
- Improve your technique for a more efficient stroke
- Swimmers are not required to swim all strokes and may work on only those strokes they choose
