Hospitality and Merchandise

VIP Hospitality

VIP Hospitality passes include breakfast (7–10 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m.–2 p.m.), snacks, and drinks for each competition day. Passes can be ordered when swimmers enter the meet or through the event store. The VIP Hospitality area will be the only air conditioned area at the facility. Stay cool and fueled!

Visit Sacramento Badge Pass

The Sacramento Badge Pass is an exclusive collection of curated attractions, retailers, and restaurants who offer deals and discounts to redeem to Visit Sacramento’s convention, meeting, and sports events attendees. It’s a small little way that our local businesses welcome visitors to Sacramento and also serves to encourage them to explore our city while they’re here. Participation in the Badge Pass is at no additional cost to and open to all attendees.

Event Merchandise

The event store with pre-sale merchandise is now available. Presale items must be picked up at the event merchandise store during the meet. Purchased merchandise not picked up at the meet, will not be mailed.

Additionally, USMS partners will be on-site with the latest racing gear and your favorite swim products. A wide variety of meet souvenirs and apparel items will be available at the meet.

Team Tents

Afternoon temperatures in Sacramento can reach 90-100+ degrees. To stay cool in the shade, teams are encouraged to rent or bring 10x10 pop-up tents. Rented tents will be in prime locations on the north side of the competition pool. A limited number of tents are available for $150 each. Here is the link to reserve. Overflow space for tents brought by teams will be available on a first come, first served basis. These tents can be left overnight, but must be secured with weights or water buckets.
