Description:

Normal short course (50s/100IM) and long (100s/200IM) pentathlon type meet with a Freestyle option. Swimmers not interested in doing a complete pentathlon are welcome to join in but limited to 5 events and need to be aware that the sequence of events is designed to support pentathlon swimmers.
