YMCA Pacific Aquatic Club

YPAC Masters is an adult swim team for intermediate-to-advanced swimmers. Our experienced coaches are all products of wonderful swim teams, and will help you on stroke technique and endurance work in a fun social setting.

Practice Information

        It is advised that prospective Masters be comfortable with swimming 2000 yards in one hour. Workouts are comprised of kicking, pulling & swimming different strokes. Practices range from 2,500 to 4,000 yards. Lanes are adjusted for appropriate speeds as needed.

Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
