Wave One Open Water
Open water swimming focused club based in the Washington DC metro area. Primary venue is National Harbor, Md from April to October, includes practice swims, races, timed swims, clinics and lessons. Our Open Water Camps are scheduled for April, May, October and we may add dates in June. Winter Swimming is ad hoc open water, primarily out of Sandy Point State Park, Md. We will offer clinics and lessons in various pools. See the website or email info@waveoneswimming.com for specific days and times from October - April.

Sunday Sunrise Swims 8:30AM - 10AM
Thursday Sunset Swims approx 6PM - 7:30PM
