USAM is a welcoming group. We have a age group club program that this program will run along side this program. Coach written practice with occasional feedback at this time. We are located in Troy, NY.

Year Round Program
Tuesday/Thursday 8 pm-9pm & Saturday 8 am-9 am.
Proof of USMS Registration and $75 a month ($15 drop in per day, weekly, monthly, quarterly rates available.)

These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
