Practice Information
Practices run 2x a week ( Could be more based on number of participant's)
We offer practices on Tuesday & Friday mornings from 630-7:30am OR 7:30-8:30 am You can change the times you come each week and your not locked into a particular time from the times provided
We have two Coaches who will write the practices and be on the pool deck the entire time to work with all the swimmers on stroke and technical skills.
