Ottawa Masters Dolphins Swim Team
The Ottawa, Illinois Masters Swim team meets at the Ottawa, IL YMCA. We welcome a wide variety of swimmers from former college athletes to beginning swimmers who are learning the different strokes.
Practice Information
We practice Mon, Wed & Fri from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM. Workouts feature a warmup, a kick set, a main set and a cooldown. There is a wide variety of workouts with some being all freestyle and others feature a variety of strokes. Distances and rest intervals vary depending on the lane and time of year.

USA Swimming Foundation
