Blue Dragons Swim Team
The Blue Dragons Swim Team is a non-profit competitive swim program located in Dallas and Salem, Oregon. The Blue Dragons are becoming a top-flight program that offers exceptional training to meet the needs of each athlete from the beginner, to the national qualifier. We primarily serve Polk and Marion County, along with the surrounding areas as members of Oregon Swimming and USA Swimming.
Practice Information
Practices will run out of both Salem Tennis and Swim Club and the Dallas Aquatic Center. Regular practice times are Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5:30am-7:00am. Majority of practices will have at least one coach on deck providing workout instructions. Written workout will be provided in the absence of a coach, or by request from currently registered members of the team.
