Ohana Aquatics

Ohana Aquatics Masters is designed for adult swimmers of all experience levels who want to improve their fitness, technique, endurance, and overall confidence in the water. Whether you are a former competitive swimmer, training for a triathlon, swimming for fitness, or simply looking for a structured and supportive workout, our Masters program provides a place for you to train at your own pace while still being challenged.
Practices include a combination of stroke technique, endurance training, conditioning, kicking, pulling, drills, and interval-based sets, with workouts that can be adjusted based on each swimmer’s ability and goals.
Our focus is on creating a welcoming adult swim community where swimmers can work toward personal goals while receiving coaching, encouragement, and structured workouts.
Masters is great for adults looking to:
- Improve stroke technique and efficiency
- Build cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness
- Prepare for triathlons, open-water swims, or competitions
- Return to swimming after time away from the sport
- Add low-impact conditioning to their fitness routine
- Train alongside other motivated adult swimmers
You do not need to be a former competitive swimmer to join. Swimmers should be comfortable swimming independently and completing continuous laps.
At Ohana Aquatics, Masters is about fitness, progress, community, and finding your challenge in the water.
