YBAC Hurricanes Masters
YBAC Hurricanes Masters Workout Group trains at the Alamance County YMCA, in Burlington, NC.
Our facility offers a 25-yd, 5-lane pool with a depth ranging from 3 feet to 11 feet. Starting blocks and limited equipment available for use during practice sessions.
Practice Information
YBAC offers two training groups for participants: Masters 1 trains with a certified coach on Tuesdays/Thursdays; Masters 2 trains on their own with practices written by a certified coach (participants in this group must be a YMCA member).
