WFU Triad Endurance Aquatics Masters
WFU / Triad Endurance Aquatics Masters offers year round coached practices for new to experienced swimmers. Our group comprises competitive masters swimmers, triathletes, and fitness swimmers. Coach Dave stresses technique and through most of the year have a general focuses for the practices during the week as follows-1) Aerobic, 2) Sprint or Quality 3) IM, Descending Sets, K, P etc.
All swimmers are welcome to try out a practice.

All of our practices are a Wake Forest University pool located in the Wellbeing Center located at 1834 Wake Forest Rd #21, Winston-Salem, NC 27109
Practices are M, W, F at 5:45-7 AM

USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
