Masters of Streamline Aquatics
Masters of Streamline Aquatics is a coached adult swim program designed for swimmers of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you are new to the sport, returning after time away, training for fitness, open water, triathlon, or competitive Masters swimming, our program provides structured workouts, technical instruction, and a supportive team environment.
Our focus is on smart training, strong fundamentals, and long-term development. Practices are organized by ability and goals, ensuring each swimmer receives an appropriate challenge while building confidence, efficiency, and consistency in the water. Masters of Streamline Aquatics promotes health, community, and performance—both in and out of the pool.
Practice Information
Masters of Streamline Aquatics offers coached practices year-round with structured training plans that balance technique, endurance, and speed. Practices are led by experienced coaches and organized into lanes based on ability, experience, and training goals.
Training environments include:
University of the Incarnate Word – Ann Barshop Natatorium: A collegiate-level indoor facility providing a controlled, high-quality training environment.
Open Water Opportunities (seasonal): Structured open water sessions designed to build confidence, navigation skills, and endurance for open water and triathlon athletes.
Typical practices include:
Dynamic warm-ups and skill development
Technique-focused drills and stroke refinement
Aerobic and anaerobic main sets
Optional race preparation and pacing work
Swimmers may attend practices flexibly based on their schedules, and lane placement may adjust as fitness and goals evolve. All workouts are scalable to ensure safety, progression, and enjoyment for every athlete.
