Lebanon YMCA Vintage Vipers
We are a group of swimmers who have worked out together for years. As our group grew, we started to compete at USMS meets. We have several team members ranked in the USMS Top 100. We have others who have completed marathon open water swims. Still others are simply maintaining fitness.
Practice Information
We practice at the Lebanon, PA YMCA. Our coach posts 3 practices each week online. We are given 6 lanes to complete workouts on Tuesday and Thursday at noon and on Sunday at 11am. Those who cannot attend practices do them on their own during open swims.

These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
