High Ridge Bottlenosers
Swim hard and have fun with a great group of Masters Swimmers! We work on technique/form and conditioning, to help you to be the best, strongest, most efficient swimmer you can be. Most of us compete in Masters swim meets, which is exhilarating. In fact, we recently placed second in small-teams division of the Illinois Masters State Meet! So, if you want to have some fun, get fitter and learn a few things, come swim with us!

We do not have a pool right now and we are not working out together regularly. We still compete together at meets.
