High Altitude Masters
HAMasters offers structured swim workouts for the intermediate level to the experienced swimmer 18 years and older. Skill development integrated into the workouts for fitness, endurance and general stroke development. Contact Coach for beginner level opportunities as space is limited.
Practice Information
Bicentennial Outdoor Pool: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 6am-7:15am, Full Pool, (6 lanes). Salvador Perez: Monday, Wednesday 5-6pm, 4 lanes, (shared with Age Group Swim Lessons) and Friday Noon-1pm (3-4 lanes) shared with Lap Swim. Schedules subject to change.
