Gulf Shores Masters Swim Team
The Bodenhamer Recreation Center in Gulf Shores offers a swimmer-led U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) program in a 6-lane, 25-yard indoor pool. Structured workouts support all skill levels, focusing on fitness, technique, and endurance in a welcoming environment. Flexible morning, evening, and weekend swim times are available. Participants must be USMS members; non-Bodenhamer members may participate with a $10 daily fee.
