Frogs of SoCal

Frogs of SoCal is a year-round, swim team and lesson provider serving the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas.

At Frogs of SoCal, we are united by our love for swimming and a shared commitment to excellence. Our mission is to create an environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all, where every swimmer and student feels valued and supported. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships, both in and out of the pool. Through teamwork, respect, and camaraderie, we aim to create a close-knit family atmosphere that extends beyond competitive swimming.

Our focus goes beyond producing strong athletes; we are dedicated to developing individuals of character. We strive to instill values of perseverance, integrity, and discipline in our swimmers and students, preparing them for success both in the water and in life.

At the heart of our mission is a passion for swimming. We aim to instill a lifelong love for the sport in each of our members, fostering a joy and enthusiasm that transcends competition.

Practice Information

Practices are 4-5pm Tuesday and Thursday, at Marie Kerr Park Pool or Courson Park Pool.
