FAST Masters
Fishers Area Masters Swimmers is located in Fishers, Indiana and swims out of Fishers High School. FAMS offers both coached workouts and lap swim opportunities for adults in the Fishers Community. If you want to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle, we have a place for you!
Practice Information
Workouts
Optional Workouts: Monday-Friday
Workouts designed by a FAST coach will be available for all attendees. A coach will also be on deck to provide stroke feedback and technique guidance as requested. Workouts are flexible and participants are welcome to follow the provided set or do their personal workout. This group is open to all skill levels, from beginners to athletes, who are training for open water swims, triathlons or masters competitions.
Lap Swim: Monday-Friday
Workouts designed by a FAST coach will be available for those interested or participants may just swim laps as they choose.
Note
Lanes will be provided each day for lap swimmers and those participating in the workout. An on-deck coach or lifeguard will be present at all sessions.

Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors
The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies swim teams near me that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
