Dubuque Area Swimmin Hurricanes
The Dubuque Area Swimmin' Hurricanes swim team was founded in 1991 to establish a year round competitive swimming program available to all youngsters in the greater Dubuque area. Each swimmer will be encouraged to progress to the highest level of their ability through their personal commitment, qualified coaches, parental support and community involvement.
DASH has been operating a Masters program since the fall of 1995.
Practice Information
School Year Schedule*:
Mornings ONLY, late August - early November (actual dates TBD), M-F, 5:00-6:30 a.m. / early November - late January, MWF ONLY, 5:00-6:30 a.m. / late January - Memorial Day weekend, M-F, 5:00-6:30 a.m.
Summer Schedule:
June 3 - July 19, M-F, 5:00-6:30 am, and, MWF, 5:00-6:30 pm
* Some days cancelled due to coach travel. Will be announced and posted in advance.

USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
