Broadstone Aquatic Masters of Folsom
Most team members belong to Broadstone Sports Club located in Folsom, CA. If you are looking to swim workout with us, then you will need to become a member or the sports club. There is no additional fee to swim with the Masters program beyond the monthly club fee. We swim as much as we can and as much time allows for us to practice with our busy work/life schedules. Our favorite place is lane 9 (hot tub) at the end of a hard workout!
Practice Information
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is a coached practice from 6 AM to 7 AM. Tuesday, Thursday is an unofficial non coached group that swims from 6 AM to 7 AM. On Saturdays, there is an unofficial non coached group that swims from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. The groups during the unofficial time may be anywhere from 0-10 swimmers. It all just depends on work/life schedules. In the summer, we may venture to open water if we are brave enough! Some of our other clubs also have Masters swim practices.
