Blue Whales Aquatic Club
BWAC is a new masters swim club started in August 2025. We offer all forms of fitness coaching, stroke instruction, clinics, for fitness, swim meets, and triathlons. Organized daily workouts are Monday through Saturday each week year-round in the Price indoor pool. Other workout groups are located at the Helper pool (in summer only) and the Emery county pool.
Practice Information
Starting in September 2025, practice times at the Price indoor pool will be 5:30-7:00 am, and 11:30 am-1:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday practices will be from 9:00-10:30 am. Practice times at the Emery and Helper pools are self-coached during lap swim. Practices will focus on using drills, intervals, sprints, etc. to provide a broad range of improvement for the swimmers.

USA Swimming Foundation
