Black Dog Swim
BLKDG welcomes all lap swimmers! We are a positive group of swimmers that gather to improve technique, endurance, and overall fitness. Workouts are posted each day and Thursdays are a coached masters swim workout for those that want to participate. Coaches offer personalized instruction to improve your speed and efficiency. Coaches have years of experience in triathlon and competitive swimming. Come swim with us!
Practice Information
Year Round Program
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings
5:45am to 7:00am
Proof of USMS registration and a monthly fee($40 for one day a week, $45 for two days a week and $50 for three days a week) $12 drop-in fee for those not paying monthly fee.
