Practice Information
2 Lanes open all day. Core group swims 4:30 am to 7:00 am, M-F and Sat 6: am to 9:00 am. Facility keeps 2 lanes for lap swimming most of the time. Access to 8 lane outdoor competition pool in spring, summer and fall.
