More than 280 adult swimmers, ranging in age from the 20s to the 80s, participate in coached Masters practices at Montgomery County, Maryland indoor and outdoor pools. The goal of many of us is competition at the local and national levels. The aim of all is the good health and fitness that are the benefits of structured workouts.
