We are so glad you want to begin your adult learn-to-swim journey!

About one-third of adults in the United States can’t safely swim the length of a pool. It is never too late to learn and we commend you on taking the first step. Below you will find a link to search for ALTS instructors in your area. If there is not one close by, we offer other resources to get you started. Learning to swim is a life saving skill not only for you but also for others.
