Join Swim Across America St. Louis Open Water Swim and help "Make Waves to Fight Cancer!" Swimmers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in our 4th annual event, held on beautiful Alpine Lake at Innsbrook Resort. Proceeds from the swim will support immunotherapy clinical trials and research at Siteman Cancer Center. Distances offered: 1/2 mile, 1.2 mile, 2.4 mile
