Join Swim Across America - Baltimore Open Water Swim and help "Make Waves to Fight Cancer!" Swimmers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in our annual event at beautiful High Tide Farm. Proceeds benefit the Swim Across America Lab at Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Distance options: 1 mile, 3 mile.
