Description:

Get Kraken and start the new year off with a bang with Lemont Big Fins! Participants will received an event T-Shirt with early registration. Competition will take place in a 6 lane/25 yard pool of which 5 lanes will be used as competition and 1 lane for warm-up/cool-down. Events will include 500 yd Free, 200 Free, 200 IM, 100 IM, and 100s and 50s of each stroke plus mixed 200 free and 200 medley relays.
