Swimmers may enter a maximum of 5 events of any stroke/distance. For pentathlon award, choose either: Sprout - 50 of each stroke and 100IM Bud - 100 of each stroke and 200IM Blossom - 200 of each stroke and 400IM Progressive – 50 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 200 Free, 400IM
