Bridges to Bluffs is a 10k downstream open water swim in the Tennessee River, from downtown Knoxville, under the bridges and ending in the bluffs of Sequoyah Hills. "B2B" is open to solo 10k swimmers and 2-person relays, and will be dual-sanctioned with USA Swimming. B2B is the second jewel of the Tennessee Open Water Triple Crown.
