The 400 Kick For Time, annually since 2012, is the premier kicking event in the nation -- according to its host! Test yourself each year; kicking is one of those skills that can definitely improve with practice. Kicking makes your body position better, your sprints more powerful, and your legs looking great! We also have terrific awards. Kick with us this year!
