Wilson Masters Swimming Program
Masters swim practices are offered at the Roy G. Snyder Natatorium for those who are looking for more of a group training environment. The season determines which mornings during the week the practices are held but we do our best to keep practice schedules consistent throughout the year. Practices run approximately one hour and thirty minutes in length. The practice is a great cardiovascular workout and is suitable for all levels of swimmers. On Tuesday & Thursday mornings, our swim practices will be run and coordinated by Coach Lyndsay Woods. These practices will offer a more structured workout and will be adjusted for all levels of fitness.

Gold Club Designation
The Gold Club logo identifies Masters clubs and workout groups that provide members with the best Masters Swimming experience possible. Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
USMS Certified Coaches
The U.S. Masters Swimming–Certified Coach logo identifies clubs and workout groups where you can find a USMS-certified coach. These coaches have furthered their Masters coaching education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified coach might not be at all locations or workouts.
USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors
The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies clubs and workout groups that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
