West Coast Aquatic Masters
At WEST we provide workouts to push swimmers of all levels and provide the newest technique and training practices available.
Morning Workouts: MWF - 5:00 to 6:30 am; TTH - 5:30 to 7:00 am
Mid-Day Workouts: MWF - 12:00 to 1:15 pm; Sat - 1:45 to 3:00 pm
Evening Workouts: MTWTH - 8:00 to 9:15 pm
