Water Exercise Technologies

Small group at the moment so ideal for those of you that are intimidated by large groups (we usually swim 1 to 2 to a lane), for beginners who have just learned how to swim and would like to start getting workouts through it, would like to get away from all the groups that are competition driven, or for those that would like to get some EXCELLENT instruction on the efficiency of their strokes.

Practice Information

        College Park Pool at 2411 Elizabeth Ave right across from Fire Station No. 3.  Right now we have pared back to just Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to noon and Saturdays from 10am-11am.  Would love to get morning or after work practices started again if there is enough interest.
