Warrenton Fauquier Aquatic Club

Our 1 hour workouts can be easily adjusted to your current level of swim fitness. We start with a warm up set that includes a focus on technique and drills followed by a workout set that varies but will often include an endurance or high intensity set then we end with a cool down.
