Practice Information
        We have practice four days a week. Each practice is 1hr 15 mins long, with an open swim period of 10 mins at the start of the swim period. This allows for late comers to have the same opportunity to get in the full practice and start the team together.
M/W 6:15am (pool opens 6:00am), 7:30am, and noon
Tu/Th 6:00pm
