Towpath Masters

This program is open to fitness, competitive and triathlon swimmers alike at all levels. Whether you have just taken your first strokes in a swim lesson, are trying to reduce time for the next competition, or just want to stay fit, this program provides a fun and friendly atmosphere for you to work toward your individual goals. Practices include a coach, stroke critique and planned workout. Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 am and Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm. Off-site competition is available as a Masters swimmer if you choose.
