We are offering a Masters swim group at Evergreen Sports Club in Lisbon, NH, for swimmers aged eighteen and over.
Don’t let the name scare you!
Masters swimming is open to any adult of any age who has a passion for swimming. You don’t have to be fast, you don’t have to know all the strokes, you don’t have to look good in a bathing suit, you just have to want to swim. If you want to improve your swimming, if you want to practice for a triathlon, or you just want to hang out with other people who get excited about new goggles, join us! Practices are tailored to each swimmer’s ability. This is free to Evergreen pool members, and $15 a session without a membership. A punch card is available with 10 sessions for $120.

USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors
The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies swim teams near me that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
