Tsunami Masters

Tsunami Masters consists of members with different swimming backgrounds with fun, fitness, and better swimming as common goals. Our program emphasizes a variety of workouts with a strong emphasis on technique as the foundation for lifelong swimming. Each practice will include a "Main Set" to challenge you with interval, pacing, or intensity training to take you to the next level. Many swimmers that swim solo find that they plateau quickly. Our program sets out to shock the body by challenging you, at times, out of your comfort zone; this is where you will see the greatest advances in your swimming speed, technique, and efficiency.
