Our coached workouts include interval training and endurance workouts along with technique suggestions, all while having fun!
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am-10:30 am with Coach Shawn King. Saturdays 9:00 am-10:30 am we meet for a "non-official" workout. A workout is provided but there is no coach on deck.
