Bring us your swim and fitness goals! SCAQ is the largest Masters swimming program in the United States and one of the oldest established in 1979. We are a swimming club with a lane for every level of adult swimmer, beginner, novice and Olympian offering over 80 weekly workouts in ten of the best pools around LA County and an eleventh in the Pacific Ocean. You will find an experienced coached organized workout morning, noon and night seven days a week along with clinics, private instruction and participation in local, regional, and national competitions: pool and ocean. Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors

USA Swimming Foundation
