Practice Information
We have a group of regulars that practice M-W-F 6-7am at the Forest Grove Community aquatic center. This is the general adult lap swimming time so we have to be flexible about lane assignments, but generally we get 3 or 4 lanes - plenty for our group of 6-10. No coach. We just take turns picking sets.
